Biography
Kyle is a Nationally Certified Surgical Technologist and Nationally Certified Surgical First Assistant with 13 years’ experience in healthcare and 9 years’ experience in the Operating room. Kyle began his career as an EMT-B working with a private ambulance service in Illinois. After completion of the Surgical Technology Program at the College of Lake County, he joined Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital working as a Surgical Technologist.
Since joining Dr. Roger Chams and Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, Kyle advanced his training in 2013 by becoming nationally board certified in surgical technology and surgical assisting. Kyle works closely with Dr. Chams assisting him within the operating room. Kyle holds active memberships in the Association of Surgical Technologists and the Association of Surgical Assistants.
Kyle is married (Lindsey) and has three boys. He enjoys spending time with his family, boating and Heavy Metal Music.

- Performs history and physical assessment
- Assists with aspirations and injections
- Provides preoperative and postoperative education
- First Assistant in surgery
