I had a 360 tear of my labrum in my right shoulder. Dr. Chams repaired it in October 2013 and I was cleared today(June 10, 2013). At this point I can pretty much do anything I want. Dr. Chams advised me to continue with home exercises to strengthen my shoulder muscles to prevent any future injury. I feel that his protocol put me on the right track back to recovery.
Prior to surgery I was unable to throw a ball or sleep on my shoulder without discomfort. Now I can do both without any discomfort. The rehab process is long, but it was definitely worth it. If you need shoulder surgery I would highly recommend Dr. Chams. He was recommended by my co-workers and they also have had full recoveries.
As far as bedside manners, he is easy to talk to and is very clear with his explanations.
