Went to Dr. Chams for 2nd opinion. Glad I did! He suggested repairing damage in both knees at the same time rather than in two separate surgeries, even though he would make less money doing it that way! He understood it would be better for me and my lifestyle to have only one recovery period. This definitely proved to be the best choice for me. He sent me to Athletico in McHenry, close to home, for physical therapy pre-surgery and after. I have nothing but praise for the skills and attention of the therapists. Things went so well, I was released after 4 weeks of therapy. I've recommended Dr. Chams to many people since then.
