Dr Chams is a very caring and conscientious physician. He performed a shoulder surgery on me. Between the physical therapist at IBJ (Tera and Jackie), and Dr Chams guiding my care. I am back to full range of motion and pain free. I would not hesitate to return for surgery if needed with the experience I had.
