Biography

Tracy became the surgical office coordinator for Dr. Roger Chams in 2006 and is a certified medical assistant. She maintains the surgeons schedule at Hawthorn Surgery Center, Northwestern Grayslake and Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital.During the scheduling of your procedure, she will assist in the smooth transition from pre-operative to postoperative care by providing each patient with the information and instructions necessary to ensure a successful surgery.
